Orders are processed within 72 hours of purchase.
In case of delay or if something is not available, we will contact you.
You can return an item within 14 days of receipt only if it’s sealed and the package must be completely intact.
If you want to return something, please write to servizioclienti@holinitalia.com specifying the reason and providing a telephone number.
We will contact you within 2 working days and, according to your needs, we will organize the collection directly at your home (or where you prefer). The item will be send to our assistance service office.
You only have to prepare the package and print the waybill you have to be attached.
If you are looking for a product that is not on our website, write to us via email or chat and we will contact our suppliers and do our best to find it for you!
