FAQ

  • When will my order arrive?
    We process orders within 72 hours of placing the order. In case there is a delay or a product is not available, you will be promptly contacted.
  • How can I return an item?
    You can return an item within 5 days of receipt (€9), ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY if it is sealed and the package is perfectly intact. Returns are not possible for customized products. If you want to make a return, write to servizioclientiholinitalia@gmail.com, indicating the reason for the return and leave a telephone contact. We will contact you within 2 working days and according to your needs we will send a courier directly to your home (or to the most convenient collection location for you) to collect the product and send it directly to our assistance service. The only thing you have to do is prepare the packaging and print the waybill to stick on the package.
  • Are you looking for a product and it is not present on the site?
    If you are looking for a particular product that is not present on the site, write to us by email or on the chat, we will contact our suppliers and we will do our best to satisfy you!
  • I don't understand how I should use the product I bought
    If you have any doubts or do not understand how the product you have purchased, write to us on the chat (bottom right) or by email, we will reply as soon as we can!
