Shipping cost to Italy for free for orders over € 39,99; otherwise, shipping costs € 6,99.
If you’re buying from abroad, shipping is free for orders over € 180, otherwise we will calculate shipping cost (from € 9,99 to €19,99) based on the destination.
The courier may charge customs fees if the destination is outside the EU.
How can I return an item*?
*return is not possible for customized products
You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, only if it’s sealed and the package must be completely intact.
If you want to return something, please write to servizioclienti@holinitalia.com specifying which product you want to return and the order number.
You can arrange the shipment yourself or ask us to do it for you.
If you want us to organize the collection, the courier will pick up the package directly from your home for a € 9,00 fee.
After we have received your package, you will receive an email with a voucher code (same value of the returned item) to use on your next purchase.
Please note, that if you have received some free samples and you want to return an item, you have to return the free samples as well.
If you want to exchange a product with another one (different size for example) you don’t have to return the free samples.
If you want, you can ask us to change the free samples, we can include them in your next order or send them to you as soon as possible with a shipping fee.
Delete an order that has already been shipped
If your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, a shipment fee will be deducted from the total refund.
If, after several failed delivery attempts, the package is returned to us, we will deduct the shipping fee from your refund.
If you want to change the delivery address or if you want us to ship the returned package again we will ask you a shipping fee of € 6,99.
