Shipping is free for orders over €180; otherwise, we'll calculate shipping costs (from €9.99 to €19.99) based on the destination.
The courier may charge customs duties if the destination is outside the EU.
How can I return an item*?
*return is not possible for customized products
You can return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unopened and the packaging is completely intact.
To make a return, please email servizioclienti@holinitalia.com specifying the product you wish to return and your order number.
You can arrange the shipping yourself or have us handle it for you.
If you prefer, we will arrange a collection for you, and the courier will collect the package directly from your home for a fee of €20.00.
Once we receive your package, we will send you a refund to the payment method you used or a credit note for the value of your return.
Delete an order that has already been shipped
f your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, a shipment fee will be deducted from the total refund.
If, after several failed delivery attempts, the package is returned to us, we will deduct the shipping fee from your refund.
If you want to change the delivery address or if you want us to ship the returned package again we will ask you a shipping fee of € 14,99.
