The delivery of your order is free if it exceeds €39.99, otherwise we will ask you for a contribution of €6.99.
If you buy from abroad, shipping is free for orders equal to or greater than 180 Euro, otherwise you will pay from 9.99 to 19.99 based on your destination.If the shipment is to a non-European country (or one with customs), the courier may charge customs fees.
How can I return an item*?

You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, only if it is perfectly intact and in its packaging.
Write to servizioclienti@holinitalia.com indicating the product to be returned and the order number.
You can ship independently or ask us directly, with a fee of € 9.00 a courier will pick up directly to your home the product you wish to return.
After receiving it you will receive an email where it will be indicated the voucher code to use (of the value of the returned item) on any product of the store.
Remember that if you want to return a product in whose order you received free products you will have to return those as well.
On the other hand, if you want to replace the product with another one (or different size) you will not have to return the freebies you received.
You can exchange a product you received for free(free products).
You can ask to place the item in a new order or pay for just the shipping and receive it in the immediate.
If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it the amount of 10€ will be deducted from the total order refund.
