UnderPatch: how to use them and what are they for?
 

UnderPatch are applied underneath insulin pumps and glucose sensors to help prevent redness, irritation, and skin allergies.

The Omnipod versions feature a small hole for the Teflon cannula, while the sensor versions are without holes. During insertion, the introducer needle gently passes through the fabric of the patch without damaging it.

Made from high-quality technical fabric, they are free from colophony and isobornyl acrylate, substances often responsible for irritation in sensitive skin.

Each package includes a small test patch to check compatibility with your skin.

We are so confident in the quality of our product that we offer free returns if you experience redness or irritation after testing the included mini patch.

To ensure maximum adhesion, we recommend not getting the UnderPatch wet during the first 5 hours after application and using it together with an overpatch.
