SugarPixel is a WIFI-enabled device that works remotely, allowing you to monitor your blood sugar levels no matter where the sensor user is, even on the opposite side of the world!
It is configured via the "SugarPixel" app, which is completely free and available for both iOS and Android.
What makes this device unique is that it is fully customizable.
With numerous display settings you can choose between: more detailed views, with blood sugar levels, glycemic trends and the difference between the current and previous readings, or simpler views with glycemic value alongside friendly emoticons or just displaying the time with colors that change based on current glucose value.

SugarPixel is compatible with:
-Dexcom G6 (direct connect)
-Dexcom G7 (direct connect)
-Freestyle Libre 1/2 (direct link to updated CGM app)
-Freestyle Libre 3 (direct connect)
-Medtronic 640g, 780g (via Nightscout system)
-All Nightscout systems
SugarPixel requires:
- Sharing enabled in the Dexcom G6/G7 or Libre 3 App with at least 1 follower, a Nightscout site, or a Gluroo account to read CGM data from. Dexcom Users, read this article for account setup details and full requirements.
- 2.4ghz wifi network. Your Wi-Fi router will need the ability to have separate 2.4/5ghz Wi-Fi settings or enable a dedicated 2.4ghz guest network. Mesh routers and others that cannot be configured with the above details may require you to add a low-cost 2.4ghz wifi router to your setup. These can usually be found for $20-40 online.
