This card has a chip inside, that works with NFC system (every latest generation smartphone has it). 
By placing your smartphone on the card you can read all the data such as: name, surname, address, emergency contact person, pathologies, etc.. 
You can enter your personal data using an app for NFC, you will find the instructions inside the box
